We have three 30-minute slots available for bands to play at the festival.
The “Hit The Bell” contest will run until the end of May and is divided into several stages:
- [stage closed] Until April 15 we are collecting applications at: hellsbells.pl/hit-the-bell
- [stage closed] From April 21 to May 4, voting for submitted bands will take place on our website
- On May 4 we’ll announce the winner of the online vote – the band that earns one of the festival slots
- On May 4 we’ll announce five bands that will play in the final at DK Słowianin
- On May 4 we;ll also reveal the band selected by the jury as a ‘wild card’ that wins the second festival slot
- On May 30 the final will take place at DK Słowianin in Szczecin – after it ends, we’ll announce the winner of the third festival slot
Key rules of the “Hit The Bell” contest
- The jury decides which bands qualify for the final concert at Dom Kultury Słowianin, as well as the two main prizes — performances at Hells Bells Festival 2026.
- Audience votes determine the third main prize — a performance at Hells Bells Festival 2026. For the other two prizes, audience votes support the jury’s decision and are an important part of the entire process.
- The organizers guarantee that at least one main prize will be awarded among the bands performing in the final at Dom Kultury Słowianin. The third festival slot may be awarded by the jury as a wild card to either a band performing in the final or to a band that took part in the online voting stage.
